We offer several payment methods — simply choose the one that suits you best.

Advance payment (bank transfer)

You transfer the total amount of your order to our account in advance. As soon as payment has been received by us, we will dispatch your goods.

Purchase on account

Purchase on account is only possible for schools, public authorities and companies registered in the company register or commercial register — after prior verification.

Cash on delivery (Austria and Germany only)

For deliveries within Austria and Germany, you can pay by cash on delivery. Please have the exact invoice amount ready in cash — the delivery person collects payment upon handover (no cheques). Additionally, a cash on delivery fee of 15.00 EUR applies, which must be paid directly to the parcel delivery person.

PayPal

With PayPal, you pay securely, quickly and conveniently. Payment is made via your PayPal account; your credit card or bank details are not disclosed to us.

Credit and debit card (Stripe)

Via our payment service provider Stripe, you can conveniently pay with credit or debit card as well as other methods supported by Stripe. Your payment data is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe for processing; full card details are not stored by us.
