What size do I need?
Measure the cross-section of the furniture leg (Ø for round, edge length for square) and choose a glide of the same size or minimally smaller. Our measuring aid shows you step by step.
Do self-adhesive felt glides last permanently?
Yes – on a clean, dry and grease-free surface. The solvent-free acrylic adhesive holds reliably on wood, plastic and metal. For heavily used furniture, we recommend glides with nails or screws.
Which floors are felt glides suitable for?
For all smooth and sensitive floors: parquet, laminate, vinyl/PVC, stone, tiles, marble and linoleum. For very heavy furniture on hard floors, PTFE glides are the better choice.
Can I cut felt sheets myself?
Yes. Felt sheets and rolls can be cut to any shape with scissors or a cutter – ideal for special sizes and irregular contact surfaces.
What is the difference between felt, PTFE and metal?
